The Nazis opens the Dachau concentration camp near Munich. This is followed by Buchenwald near Weimar in central Germany, Sachsenhausen near Berlin in Northern Germany, and Ravensbruck. Even before all this construction however, there were already some wild camp such as Papenburg, Esterwegen, and Bogermuor.
